MycoACT®

Act wise, neutralize

An advanced high-smectite mycotoxin binder that adsorbs aflatoxins and other polar mycotoxins rapidly and across a wide pH range locking them in the gut, sparing nutrients, and keeping poultry, livestock and ruminants performing through contamination spikes.

>98% Aflatoxin adsorption
<1.3% Desorption stays bound
Wide pH Binds across the gut
The problem

Mycotoxins are the hidden tax on feed.

Aflatoxins and ochratoxin A ride into the ration on contaminated raw materials. Once absorbed, they suppress immunity, damage the liver and kidneys and pull down feed intake often without an obvious clinical sign.

The cost shows up as subclinical losses: uneven weight gain, weaker performance and batch-to-batch variability that's hard to trace. A binder's job is to intercept those toxins in the gut before the animal ever absorbs them.

How MycoACT works

Bind it, hold it, pass it out.

Aflatoxins and ochratoxins carry reactive lactone and bifuran rings that bind strongly to the clay's charged sites and stay held across the pH swings of the gut.

01 Bind

High-smectite matrix

A large active surface area and strong cation-exchange capacity capture polar mycotoxins directly in the digestive tract, across a wide pH range.

02 Hold & excrete

Low desorption

Toxins stay locked to the clay through digestion under 1.3% is released then leave the body safely in the faeces.

03 Spare

Selective action

Targets the toxins' reactive rings not vitamins and trace minerals so toxin control never comes at the cost of nutrition.

Key benefits

Maintains feed intake

Animals hold intake, energy and resilience through contamination spikes.

Steadier performance

A healthier gut environment means more predictable weight gain and productivity.

Fewer subclinical losses

Less immune suppression and organ stress from hidden mycotoxins.

Lower treatment costs

Fewer flare-ups and fewer unexplained drops in performance.

Batch-to-batch consistency

Buffers toxin-load variability for smoother outcomes across cycles.

Nutrient-safe

Selective binding leaves vitamins and trace minerals intact.

The evidence

Verified at an independent lab.

In vitro binding trials at Trilogy Analytical Laboratories (USA) measured how much aflatoxin MycoACT captures and how little it lets go again.
